  • Publication number: 20230182545
Abstract: An air filter monitoring system and method includes a plenum, a pressurization blower, a first motor driving the pressurization blower, a first motor current sensor, a recirculation blower, a second motor driving the recirculation blower, a second motor current sensor, a speed selector, a fresh air filter, a recirculation air filter, a pressurization blower speed sensor, a recirculation blower speed sensor, and a non-transitory computer readable medium comprising a program instruction for permitting a controller to monitor the HVAC system. The program instruction is adapted to produce a first and a second motor control signal to drive independently the pressurization blower and the recirculation blower, respectively. The first and second motor control signals are a function of the speed sensor signals to maintain a constant speed. Comparing a first and second motor current sensor signal to a baseline and triggers a replacement action when either signal falls below a threshold.

  • Publication number: 20230116078
Abstract: A grading machine and method for grading a ground surface including a machine body, a drawbar frame coupled to the machine body, a movable grading device coupled to the drawbar frame, a drive arrangement coupled to the drawbar frame and a circle member, a pitch frame coupled to the circle member, a movable grading device coupled to the pitch frame, a right lift linkage arrangement, a left lift linkage arrangement, a circle member side shift linkage arrangement, a grading device side shift linkage, a pitch actuator, a user interface, and a control system. The control system is configured to receive an input command from the user interface for a target grading device movement and adjust one or more of the right lift actuator, the left lift actuator, the side shift actuator, and the drive arrangement to achieve the target grading device movement using a first control pattern or a second control pattern.

  • Publication number: 20220098822
Abstract: In accordance with the present disclosure, a motor grader attachment for a skid steer work machine is disclosed. The attachment may comprise of a chassis, a plurality of traction devices, a motor grade circle, a grader blade, an articulation joint, and an attachment hydraulic control valve coupled to the chassis. The motor grade circle may be coupled to the chassis and positioned between the front traction device and the work machine. The grader blade may coupled to the motor grade circle for rotation about a blade axis. The articulation joint to the chassis at a rear end of chassis may permit pivotal articulation of the chassis about the ball joint at the rearward end relative to a skid steer frame. The attachment hydraulic control valve may be coupled to the chassis, and meter flow of hydraulic fluid from an auxiliary port located on the skid steer to the hydraulic circuit.

  • Patent number: 11193255
Abstract: A system for maximizing productivity of a work vehicle is disclosed. The system includes a first sensor system that generates a first signal output indicative of a height of a material arranged forward of the work vehicle. A second sensor system generates a second signal output indicative of a position and height of a material transport blade coupled to the work vehicle. An actuator system configured to adjust the position and height of the material transport blade. An electronic data processor is communicatively coupled to each of the first sensor system, the second sensor system, and the actuator system. The electronic data processor determines a material flow rate based on the first and second signal outputs, and generates a command signal received by the actuator system to dynamically adjust a plurality of operating parameters associated with the material transport blade to maximize the material flow rate.

  • Publication number: 20200399859
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a gas-charged hydraulic accumulator assembly of a work vehicle, which is hydraulically coupled to a cap side chamber of a hydraulic cylinder. The gas-charged hydraulic accumulator assembly absorbs an impact from a work tool which increases a pressure of a first fluid in the cap side chamber. The gas-charged hydraulic accumulator assembly may include a first accumulator and a second accumulator. The first accumulator has a first gas and is used to receive the first fluid. The second accumulator is coupled to the first accumulator and has a second gas. The pressure of the second gas in a second pre-charged status is higher than a pressure of the first gas in a first pre-charged status. The second accumulator is used to receive the first fluid.
