  • Patent number: 12437107
Abstract: Systems and methods disclosed herein securely provide confidential information associated with a user during an active voice call conducted using the user's mobile device. The confidential information may be provided by generating the information in spoken form and inserting the spoken information into an audio stream of the voice call. For example, a customer may be on a phone call with a customer agent. The customer agent may ask the customer for a credit card number in order to process a financial transaction. The customer may select the credit card number via an application executing on the customer's mobile phone. The application may cause the credit card number to be spoken out loud during the voice call. A voice sample of the spoken credit card number in inserted into the audio stream of the voice call and is therefore, audible to the customer and the customer agent without being overheard by a third party.

  • Publication number: 20250281000
Abstract: A cutting board assembly that is slidably mountable to a countertop while extending over a sink opening includes a panel upon which to position food for cutting. The panel has top and bottom sides, first and second lateral edges, and front and rear edges. A distance from the front to the rear edge is greater than a space from a front side to a back side of the sink opening. The panel is positionable on the upper surface so that the panel extends over the sink opening and is supported by the countertop. A plurality of stops is selectively movable and positioned on the bottom side. The stops extends downwardly from the bottom side and into the sink opening when the panel is positioned on the countertop. The stops are abuttable against a perimeter edge of the sink opening to restrict movement of the panel relative to the sink opening.

  • Patent number: 12328393
Abstract: Systems and methods of the present disclosure enable virtual tokens for dynamically mapping virtual account numbers to actual accounts. The systems and methods include receiving an electronic data modification instruction of a virtual record modification to cause at least one data modification to at least one attribute of a virtual record data structure associated with the actual account. A user record associated with the virtual record is determined, and a record modification preference associated with the user record is determined based on the modification condition. An authorization instruction is generated to authorize the electronic data modification instruction to cause the modification by instructing at least one database management system to modify the user record according to the record-specific modification.

  • Patent number: 12224501
Abstract: A flexible coil includes a flexible substrate with a plurality of holes extending through the substrate. Each hole is configured to receive at least a portion of a fastener extending through the hole. Each fastener engages the flexible substrate and an antenna loop to positively retain the antenna loop to the flexible substrate. The holes are arranged in the flexible substrate to align each antenna loop with respect to the other antenna loops mounted to the flexible substrate. The fasteners are removably mounted to the flexible substrate such that the fastener positively retains the antenna loop to the flexible substrate when mounted to the flexible substrate but allows individual antenna loops to be removed from the flexible substrate when the fastener is removed from the flexible substrate. Multiple fasteners are provided for each antenna loop and are spaced apart from each other and positioned along the length of the loop.

  • Patent number: 12165143
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for anonymizing online transaction details may include performing a process to generate an identifier (ID) and reference address for a user, and receiving a request for transaction processing from an e-commerce server. The request may include first data including: information associated with a purchase of a product to be delivered to the user; the identifier; and the reference address. The method may further include: in response to the request, determining whether the ID and reference address are included in the request, and if so, obtaining the accurate address and shipping rate rules; applying, based on the first data and the accurate address, the shipping rate rules to determine accurate shipping rate cost information associated with delivering the product to the accurate address; performing an anonymizing process on the accurate information to obtain anonymous shipping rate information, and transmitting the anonymous shipping rate information to the e-commerce server.

  • Publication number: 20240289758
Abstract: A method of processing a virtual money order transaction includes establishing an account for a first user having a first user device and receiving from a second user device, a virtual money order purchase request identifying the first user as a payee, an amount, and payment information. A transfer of a payment amount from a second user account to a transaction processor account is processed and a virtual money order is generated with associated information accessible at a network address. A notification including the network address is transmitted to the first user device and a request to receive the money order information is received via the network address. Responsive to verification that the requester is authorized, the information is transmitted to the first user device. A redemption request is received and a transfer of the money order amount from the transaction data account to the redemption requester is processed.

  • Patent number: 12045566
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for providing an untrained machine learning model with a combined message and an appropriate emoji reaction icon. An embodiment operates by receiving a first and second user message. The first and second user comprises a first and second user text or a first and second user-inserted emoji reaction icon, respectively. The first or second user text is associated with a first or second system-specified emoji reaction icon, respectively. Thereafter, the first user message is determined to be associated with the second user message, the combined message is created based on the first and second messages, and the appropriate emoji reaction is identified as associated with the combined message. The combined message and associated appropriate emoji reaction icon are then sent to an untrained machine learning model configured to for training.

  • Patent number: 12004260
Abstract: A method for managing user interactions with multiple mobile devices is provided. The method includes receiving, at one of the mobile devices, a user input to associate the mobile device with the on-duty vehicle driver, such that all remaining mobile devices within range of an in-vehicle network beacon are passenger mobile devices. The method then includes transmitting, by the driver mobile device, one or more signals to the passenger mobile devices, the one or more signals including a unique identifier and indicating the association of the driver mobile device with the on-duty driver. In response to the one or more signals from the driver mobile device, the passenger mobile devices enforce a different device usage policy (or suspend enforcement of a device usage policy) while a device usage policy on the driver mobile device is enforced to restrict access to functionality on only that device.

  • Patent number: 11847682
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for recommending a service provider. An embodiment operates by receiving a search request specifying a service request by a user and location for the requested service, retrieving prior financial transactions of the user to purchase the service from a database, and determining a preference of the user based on the retrieved prior financial transactions. The embodiment further operates by applying the preference to a model trained to output a recommended service provider and selecting the recommended service provider for display on a user's device. The model more likely recommends service providers in the location having a higher ratio of tip-to-price relative to other providers for the service in the location based on a history of prior financial transactions of a plurality of users.
