Abstract: A method of producing cytopathologic cell samples, the method including insonating a target tissue by ultrasound energy with a focused beam at that generates shear waves within the tissue. A method of producing cytopathologic cell samples, the method including insonating a target tissue by ultrasound energy at a first intensity level during a first period, insonating the target tissue by ultrasound energy at a second intensity level during a second period, wherein the first intensity level is higher than the second intensity level. Abstract: A method and apparatus for producing an organ-sized area of stable microbubble cavitation including insonating an organ of a patient using Low Intensity Non-Focused Ultrasound (LINFU) at a first setting, monitoring the organ to detect presence of desired stable cavitation microbubble resonance and presence of unwanted inertial cavitation, when the presence of stable cavitation microbubble resonance is not detected then adjusting insonation parameters so as to increase the level of insonation, and when inertial cavitation is detected then adjusting the insonation parameters so as to decrease the level of insonation. Related apparatus and methods are also described.

Abstract: A multidimensional marketing system and method is provided that allows a real estate agent to communicate with a group of homeowners, buyers and sellers via a customized document that is mailed to these subjects. The marketing system is a computer-network-based application or an application operated on a smartphone, a tablet, a computer or other computer network-communicated device. The marketing system helps an agent create a customized document using a variety of templates and tools, create personalized messages for the homeowners, buyers and sellers, and create mailing lists where a particular document would be sent to a particular group of homeowners, buyers or sellers. The marketing system helps an agent to schedule when a mailing should occur and allows the agent to customize their mailing lists. The marketing systems helps identify potential sellers and direct mailing/marketing messages to these potential sellers in order for the real estate agent to obtain their listings.

Abstract: A vibrating and sound baby mat is an apparatus that effectively comforts an infant. The apparatus includes a plurality of covers, a reinforcing pad, a recorder, a speaker, a vibrating unit, a control panel, and a processing unit. The plurality of covers protects the reinforcing pad, the vibrating unit, and the processing unit from getting damaged. The reinforcing pad upholds and supports an infant. The recorder detects a sound, preferably a heartbeat, and the speaker continuously emits the detected sound. Similarly, the vibrating unit emits vibrations based on the detected sound. In order to better represent the sound, the apparatus may further include an electrocardiogram module and a plurality of electrocardiogram sensors. The control panel engages and controls the recorder, the speaker, the vibrating unit, and the electrocardiogram module. The processing unit allows the recorder, the speaker, the vibrating unit, and the electrocardiogram module to communicate with each other.
