  • Patent number: 11774110
Abstract: A table accessory for use with a fire pit. The table accessory may be supported by a fire pit for use as a table, for supporting a storage cover, or, when the fire pit is in use, may be moved below the fire pit for use as a heat shield. A plurality of accessory legs extend from the lower surface of the body. The terminal ends of the accessory legs are configured to be received on a top panel of the fire pit. A fire pit stand has a plurality of fire pit legs for supporting the fire pit. The fire pit legs define a fire pit leg height. The height of the table accessory is less than the fire pit leg height for facilitating locating the table accessory under the fire pit chamber of the fire pit for use of the table accessory as a heat shield.

  • Publication number: 20230103926
Abstract: An electric loader is provided with a plurality of independently driven wheels. For example, a four-wheeled electric loader includes four independently operated wheels, each directly coupled to a dedicated electric motor. A fifth independent electrical motor powers the lift arm and/or any attachments coupled to an auxiliary hydraulic. A central forced-air system supplies pressurized air to each independent electric motor to cool the electric motor during operation. In some embodiments, the auxiliary electric motor powers the fan and/or air conditioner of the central forced-air system. A lever and/or electric brake may be applied to an axle of the electric motors. In some embodiments, a rotating or pivotable battery panel locks a plurality of battery cells to provide a central source of power, counter-weight the loader arm, and rotate away to provide the operator access to an internal cavity of the cab.

  • Publication number: 20210372090
Abstract: An infrared light-transmitting system for determining the position (e.g., angle and extension) of a boom is provided. The system includes a vehicle with wheels or a track that move the cab. A chassis or frame supports the cab and boom. In various embodiments, the boom extends and rotates; for example, the boom can rotate in 1 or 2 dimensions. The boom interconnects the chassis at the first end to the attachment at the second end. At least one pivot couples the boom to the chassis to rotate the boom about the pivot relative to the chassis. A transmitter emits infrared light signals that are reflected off a reflector to a detector to determine the real-time position of the attachment and/or boom.
