  • Publication number: 20240114112
Abstract: A mobile software application by which a user may stream, from a unique host user profile associated with the user, an online session being associated with one or more items available for sale from the user (e.g., available for auction). One or more graphical user interfaces of the application enable mobile devices of external users to access the host user's online session by displaying a real-time video stream in conjunction with one or more images/videos associated with the available product(s). These external users may use the GUI(s) to participate in the auction of the product(s), e.g., by placing bids, within the host user's online session. The host user may utilize one or more fully integrated services and features that enable the host user to more efficiently and easily conduct the online session.

  • Patent number: 11941759
Abstract: A computer-implemented method that allows users evaluate the densities of images and search for abnormalities in three-dimensional space. The voxel buildup uses a series of two-dimensional images and evaluates every pixel based on the user described predetermined threshold value at runtime. A singular optimized voxel-generated mesh is spawned to represent the combined locations of every pixel.

  • Publication number: 20230343544
Abstract: A bearing structure for an X-ray tube is provided that includes a journal bearing shaft with a radially protruding thrust bearing encased within a sleeve. The structure of sleeve is formed with enlarged traps or voids in the sleeve that are disposed adjacent various rotating anti-wetting seals/seal surfaces formed between the sleeve and the shaft. The geometry of the traps is formed to retain liquid metal/lubricating fluid within the gap defined by the bearing assembly and to direct to liquid metal flowing outwardly from the gap defined between the sleeve and the shaft away from the rotating anti-wetting seals and back towards the gap. This geometry allows the centrifugal forces exerted on the liquid metal by the rotation of the bearing structure to move the outflowing liquid metal away from the rotating anti-wetting seals to significantly reduce contact of the liquid metal with the seals.

  • Patent number: 11625890
Abstract: A method for visualizing a three-dimensional volume for use in a virtual reality environment is performed by uploading two-dimensional images for evaluation, creating planar depictions of the two-dimensional images, and using thresholds to determine if voxels should be drawn. A voxel volume is created from the planar depictions and voxels. A user defines a plane to be used for slicing the voxel volume, and sets values of the plane location and plane normal. The slice plane is placed within the voxel volume and defines a desired remaining portion of the volumetric plane to be displayed. All but the desired remaining portion of the voxel volume is not drawn and the remaining portion is displayed.

  • Publication number: 20230042865
Abstract: A method for visualizing two-dimensional data with three-dimensional volume enables the end user to easily view abnormalities in sequential data. The two-dimensional data can be in the form of a tiled texture with the images in a set row and column, a media file with the images displayed at certain images in time, or any other way to depict a set of two-dimensional images. The disclosed method takes in each pixel of the images and evaluates the density, usually represented by color, of the pixel. The disclosed method evaluates and renders the opacity and color of each of the pixels within the volume. The disclosed method also calculates and creates dynamic shadows within the volume in real time. This evaluation allows the user to set threshold values and return exact representations of the data presented.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method that allows users evaluate the densities of images and search for abnormalities in three-dimensional space. The voxel buildup uses a series of two-dimensional images and evaluates every pixel based on the user described predetermined threshold value at runtime. Once all the voxels are created, the user may manipulate the set of voxels as if they are one mesh.

  • Publication number: 20210335486
Abstract: A system and method for controlling a computerized device's display to provide a compact and informative graphical user interface providing historical data-based forecasting for clinical trial-related activities. The graphical user interface performs guided prompting for development of clinical trial plans on a per-study basis, historical data-based budgeting on a per-country basis, and budget negotiation on a per-supplier basis, to effectively form clinical trial agreements. Further, the system provides a high degree of flexibility and feedback to the user during these activities, including via graphical user interfaces providing mechanisms for accessing historical payment data and/or fair market value data derived therefrom, to allow for comparison and/or selection of countries/suppliers to be used in clinical trials and/or to negotiate clinical trial budgets based on actual historical payment data.

  • Patent number: 11145111
Abstract: A method to view inside three-dimensional volumetric build data takes in each pixel of the images and evaluates the density, usually represented by color, of the pixel. This evaluation allows the user to set threshold values and return exact representations of the data presented, instead of a culmination of all data along a ray trace. The user can determine the size and placement of a slice plane in relation to the volumetric data, and the software will remove the data in front of the plane so the user can view the internal structure of the data.

  • Patent number: 11110350
Abstract: In a method according to the present disclosure a user in a virtual reality space identifies a desired location for moving another user within the space. The desired location is tested for suitability for teleportation or summoning. A list of clients available for moving to the desired location is identified and stored. The user selects one or more clients to move to the desired location, and the selected clients are summoned to the desired location.
