  • Publication number: 20050165207
Abstract: A novel process produces a novel polyester resin composition comprised of modified polyester having increased acid end groups that are chemically reacted with a polyfunctional carboxy reactive material. The resulting polyester has enhanced chemical resistance and/or improved melt viscosity. Blends of the modified polyester with polycarbonate can be made and are characterized by improved chemical resistance and/or melt viscosity.
