Abstract: Described herein, in part, are bisphosphonate lipid compounds, lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) thereof, and methods of use thereof. In various embodiments, the LNP selectively targets a cell of interest (e.g., a bone cell and/or bone marrow cell, such as a stem cell, stroma cell, osteoblast, osteocyte, osteoclast, bone lining cell, local mesenchymal cell, progenitor cell, mononuclear blood-borne precursor cell, B cell, endothelial cell, granulocytes, T cell, monocytic lineage, B cell lineage, monocytes, cancer cell, tumor cell, tumor cell that metastasize to bone, blood cancer cell, and multiple myeloma cell, inter alia). In other aspects, the present disclosure relates to methods for in vivo delivery of therapeutic agents to prevent or treat diseases, disorders, or conditions using the LNP compositions of the disclosure.

Each of the criteria blocks includes criteria information defining a criteria, an edit block control element, and a delete block control element. A user interface to receive changes to the criteria information for a selected criteria block is displayed in response to selecting the edit block control element for the selected criteria block. The selected criteria block is deleted from the expression in response to selecting the delete block control element for the selected criteria block. A building block may be used to define criteria for criteria blocks in several expressions. Criteria for expressions defined using a building block are changed automatically in response to changes to the building block.

Abstract: A method of providing learning content on a mobile device. The method comprises receiving a user selection, through an interface on the mobile device, of a folder in a catalog of learning courses, wherein the catalog comprises a number of nested folders within a hierarchical file structure. It is determined if the selected folder contains nested folders. If the selected folder contains nested folders, the nested folders are displayed in the interface. If the selected folder does not contain nested folders, a number of learning courses in the selected folder are displayed in the interface. In response to receiving a user selection of a learning course in the selected folder, the contents of the selected learning course are displayed in the interface.
