  • Publication number: 20230102436
Abstract: A piezoelectric dispenser includes a refill having a container having a neck and defining a fluid reservoir, a wick holder affixed to the neck, and a wick retained by the wick holder that has an upper end that is in communication with a piezoelectric assembly, the wick defining a longitudinal axis. The dispenser further includes a housing having a base and an overhanging cover that defines a fluid outlet and extends inward from the base at a shoulder, toward the longitudinal axis, the overhanging cover being disposed around and above the upper end of the wick and housing the piezoelectric assembly. The piezoelectric assembly includes a coil compression spring and the base is provided on a rear side of the refill with the left, right, and front sides being exposed to a surrounding environment after the refill has been coupled with the overhanging cover.

  • Publication number: 20220402685
Abstract: A dispensing system includes a composition that includes one or more of a deodorizing composition, a fragrancing composition, or a cleaning composition. The system includes a container having a body. The composition is disposed within the container, and a pressure within the container is at least 930 kPa. The system further includes an actuator assembly coupled with the container. The actuator assembly includes a housing, an actuator positioned within the housing and comprising a fluid passageway in fluid communication with the composition, and a nozzle insert disposed within the fluid passageway. The nozzle insert defines a nozzle orifice having an orifice diameter of between about 0.335 mm and about 0.385 mm, and the composition comprises a compressed gas and between about 5% and about 10% by volume ethanol.
