    Abstract: A method for quantitative analysis of brain images based on computed tomography (CT) images performed by at least one processor is provided. The method for quantitative analysis of brain images includes receiving a CT image and a positron emission tomography (PET) image of a same patient from an external device, registering the CT image and the PET image, extracting at least one region of interest included in the CT image using a CT parcellation model, and calculating an analysis result for the at least one region of interest.
