Abstract: The sperm collection device includes a core member having an insertion hole for a penis and an insertion space, and a container having an internal space in which the core member is accommodated. The container includes a cylindrical base unit having a base end open in an axial direction of the base unit and attached to an insertion-hole-side end of the core member, and a cylindrical movable unit having a base end open in an axial direction of the movable unit and a front end being closed, and attached rotatably around an axis of the movable unit with respect to the other end of the base unit. In an overlapping part in which the base end of the movable unit overlaps the other end of the base unit, an airflow path and an adjustment mechanism are provided.
