Publication number: 20110171519Abstract: The present invention provides a simple method for producing a difluorophosphate from a source material, the difluorophosphate being useful as additives for nonaqueous electrolyte solutions for secondary batteries. In the method, a source material containing a carbonate and/or a borate is allowed to react with a source gas which contains P and F and which may further contain O as required. The source material may contain lithium carbonate. The source gas may be produced by decomposing LiPF6. The source gas may be produced in such a manner that LiPF6 and lithium carbonate are mixed and then subjected to reaction. The nonaqueous electrolyte solution contains the product obtained from the reaction.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 22, 2011Publication date: July 14, 2011Applicant: MITSUBISHI CHEMICAL CORPORATIONInventors: Kyoichi Kato, Hitoshi Suzuki

Patent number: 7708185Abstract: A plastic box formed of plastic that closes an opening by bending inner Flaps, arranged on one pair of opposite two sides at a periphery of the opening, towards the inside, and folding an outer flap arranged on one side of the other pair of opposite two sides, while inserting and latching an insertion flap piece into the inside of the opening. The plastic box includes a lock mechanism that functions by engaging respective base end parts of the inner flap with notches formed on respective end parts of a bend line bent from the outer flap of the insertion flap piece. In addition, the plastic box includes a finger-receiving brim piece protruding from the bend line towards the outside at a position shifted from the center of the bend line towards the side edge.Type: GrantFiled: November 18, 2005Date of Patent: May 4, 2010Assignee: Kao CorporationInventor: Kyoichi Kato

Patent number: 5124974Abstract: A mechanism for adjusting the position of a pickup used in a disc player. The mechanism includes a slider which is driven along a path in the radial direction of a turntable. The slider has a projection which serves as the origin of angular movement. An adjustment plate is mounted on the slider and has the pickup mounted thereon. The adjustment plate is movable in a direction perpendicular to the radial direction of the turntable. A plurality of tension springs are provided between the slider and the adjustment plate to bias the plate against one of a plurality of side walls of the slider. The tension springs further bias a lower surface of the adjustment plate against the projection. In this manner, the optical axis of an objective lens of the pickup passes through the origin of angular movement. A tracking adjustment device is mounted on the slider for angularly moving the adjustment plate to adjust the inclination of the pickup in a tracking direction.Type: GrantFiled: February 13, 1990Date of Patent: June 23, 1992Assignee: Pioneer Electronic CorporationInventors: Kyoichi Kato, Takashi Suzuki

Patent number: 5058097Abstract: A slider controller for a disk player including a slider which supports an optical pickup and which is driven by a linear motor. The linear motor for moving the slider is supported on an auxiliary chassis. The auxiliary chassis is swingably mounted with respect to a main chassis of the disk player so that the optical axis of an information reading light beam emitted from the pickup can be adjusted to keep the axis perpendicular with respect to the surface of the disk. The slider controller further includes a pushing cam, a locking plate and a drive member. Upon operation of the drive member, the pushing cam is moved by the drive member to push a contact surface of the locking plate such that a locking portion of the locking plate is engaged with the slider during a stoppage mode of the disk player. Therefore, the slider is locked by the locking plate despite the adjustment of the inclination of the slider.Type: GrantFiled: October 25, 1989Date of Patent: October 15, 1991Assignee: Pioneer Electronic CorporationInventors: Takashi Suzuki, Kyoichi Kato

Patent number: 4625304Abstract: An automatic loading disc player includes a turntable for rotating a disc to be played back, a disc transfer mechanism for carrying and transferring the disc into a predetermined playback position on the turntable or a position in the vicinity thereof, and a positioning mechanism for positioning the disc in a predetermined position on the disc transfer mechanism. The positioning mechanism is engageable with at least three points on an outer peripheral edge of the disc for positioning the disc and drivable in coaction with disc transferring operation of the disc transfer mechanism. The positioning mechanism is releasable from engagement with the disc while the disc is being played back. The positioning mechanism includes three positioning levers angularly movable by an endless chain for engagement with the outer peripheral edge of the disc. With this arrangement, the disc can accurately and reliably be positioned on the disc transfer mechanism regardless of the diameter of the disc.Type: GrantFiled: March 9, 1984Date of Patent: November 25, 1986Assignee: Pioneer Electronic Corp.Inventors: Hitoshi Kanamaru, Tadashi Funabashi, Junji Takahashi, Kyoichi Kato

Patent number: 4564930Abstract: A disc carrying system is mounted in a disc player of the front loading type and serves to support a disc that will be performed at a predetermined location on a disc supporting surface and to carry the disc to a predetermined performance location by moving the disc horizontally and vertically. This system comprises: a horizontally slidable tray for positioning the disc; a container which can project outside of the player housing together with the tray and which supports the disc in cooperation with the tray; at least a pair of horizontally movable cam members having cam holes adapted to engage the container; and a motor to drive the cam members. The cam holes are formed so as to vertically move the container in association with the horizontal movement of the cam members. Two concave portions are formed in the tray at predetermined locations corresponding to the periphery of the disc when it has been mounted on the disc supporting surface.Type: GrantFiled: July 19, 1983Date of Patent: January 14, 1986Assignee: Pioneer Electronic CorporationInventors: Tadashi Funabashi, Junji Takahashi, Kyoichi Kato
