    Abstract: The invention relates to a thin film transistor substrate, a method of manufacturing the thin film transistor substrate, and a liquid crystal display panel including the thin film transistor substrate. The thin film transistor substrate includes a substrate, a plurality of gate lines disposed on the substrate and extending in a first direction, a gate insulating film disposed on the gate lines, and a plurality of data lines disposed on the gate insulating film and extending in a second direction crossing the gate lines. Thin film transistors are disposed at crossings of the gate lines and the data lines and color filters are disposed on the gate insulating film. Pixel electrodes are disposed on the color filters and connected to the thin film transistors. In the thin film transistor substrate, the color filters include a red color filter, a green color filter, and a blue color filter, and the red, green, and blue color filters have different thicknesses from each other.
