  • Publication number: 20170174851
Abstract: The present invention relates to a polyamide resin composition having substantially improved heat resistance and oxidation resistance. The polyamide resin composition comprises a polyamide copolymer having high heat resistance and high rigidity, glass fiber, citric acid and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) which can rapidly cause surface oxidation with glass fiber, such that a highly dense oxide film can be formed on a polymer surface at high temperatures for a long time. Accordingly, the polyamide resin composition of the present invention can prevent oxidation and thermal decomposition by exterior oxygen and heat, and have substantially improved physical properties such as impact strength, tensile strength, flexural strength and elongation.

  • Publication number: 20170166758
Abstract: A method for preparing an organic-inorganic hybrid porous insulation coating composition includes steps of: adding sepiolite nanoparticles that have been surface-treated with silane or dimethyl ammonium chloride to a thermal-resistant resin solution; and stirring the thermal-resistant resolution solution containing the sepiolite nanoparticles at 3600 rpm or more for 30 minutes or more. The thermal-resistant resin solution includes at least one thermal-resistant resin selected from the group consisting of polyamide-imide, polyester, polyester-imide and polyamic acid.

  • Publication number: 20160035981
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an organic semiconductor compound thin film. The organic semiconductor compound thin film includes a conjugated organic material including an unshared electron pair-containing sulfur or nitrogen atom and exhibiting semiconductivity, and a polymeric organic acid bonded to the conjugated organic material through hydrogen bonding and protonation. The organic semiconductor compound thin film exhibits high electric charge mobility and interlayer solvent resistance to facilitate formation of a stack structure despite use of a wet process.

  • Publication number: 20160035514
Abstract: The present invention provides a button cover that improves uniformity of lighting, and prevents lighting quality from decreasing while reducing manufacturing costs using a minimal number of light source elements and a method to manufacture the button cover. The button cover includes a transparent resin that operates as a base and an outer surface of the button cover and a colorant applied to the transparent resin. In addition, a convex-concave pattern shape is formed on an inner surface of the button cover and a light source is configured to output light.
