    Abstract: Disclosed is a radial tire having a cap ply manufactured with a polyethylene terephthalate dip cord. The radial tire includes: a pair of parallel bead cores; at least one radial carcass ply wound around the bead cores; one or more inclined belt layers layered on the outer circumference of the carcass ply; and one or more cap ply layers layered in the circumferential direction of a tire on the outer circumference of the inclined belt layers, wherein the cap ply includes a dip cord manufactured using a yarn comprising 90 mol % or more of polyethylene terephthalate, and the dip cord has a shrinkage of 3.0-4.0%, a strength of 2.5-3.0 g/d at an elongation of 5%, a breaking strength of 6.5-7.5 g/d, and a dimensional stability index of 5.8-6.5.

    Abstract: Provided is a method of manufacturing a hybrid dip cord, which includes: a step of preparing one nylon 6,6 yarn or nylon 6 yarn and one aramid yarn; a step of producing a primarily twisted yarn by applying a twist of 200 to 500 TPM by inputting one nylon 6,6 or nylon 6 yarn longer than the aramid yarn; a set of cabling the primarily twisted yarn as two to apply a twist of 200 to 500 TPM to thereby produce a raw cord; and a step of dipping the raw cord in an adhesive liquid and heat-treat the raw cord, in which the nylon 6,6 or nylon 6 is heat-shrunk so that the length of the nylon 6,6 or the nylon 6 becomes equal to the length of the aramid yarn.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a tire cord and a radial pneumatic tire, and is characterized in that when one raw nylon 6,6 or nylon 6 yarn and one aramid yarn are pre-twisted respectively and are then cabled to generate a raw cord, and when the raw cord is untwisted, the aramid yarn is input 5 to 100 mm/m longer than the nylon 6,6 or nylon 6 yarn. The hybrid dip cord according to the present invention has an excellent fatigue resistance of 80% or more, the initial deformation in the tensile test causes low modulus to be generated by nylon and causes high modulus to be expressed from the section where aramid begins to receive the force. As such, deformation is easy during the work of inflating the green tire inside the mold with the bladder, which makes the manufacturing of tires easy.

    Abstract: A polyester resin for toner, which has superior fixing property, storage stability, and image density in an electrophotographic image forming process or an electrostatic printing process, and a toner including the same are disclosed. The polyester resin for toner is produced by carrying out esterification reaction and polycondensation reaction of reactant comprising aromatic dibasic acid of 80 to 100 mol % with respect to the total dibasic acid, trivalent or higher acid of 0.5 to 30 mol % with respect to the total dibasic acid, aromatic diol of equal to or less than 90 mol % with respect to the total dibasic acid, and aliphatic diol of 10 to 80 mol % with respect to the total dibasic acid, in the presence of a polycondensation catalyst selected from the group consisting of TiO2/SiO2 coprecipitates, TiO2/ZrO2 coprecipitates and the mixture thereof.
