  • Publication number: 20240130109
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes: a semiconductor device, comprising: a bit line structure including a bit line contact plug, a bit line, and a bit line hard mask that are sequentially stacked over a substrate; a storage node contact plug that is spaced apart from the bit line structure; a conformal spacer that is positioned between the bit line and the storage node contact plug and includes a low-k material; and a seed liner that is positioned between the conformal spacer and the bit line and thinner than the conformal spacer.

  • Publication number: 20140253696
Abstract: Disclosed are 3-D image shutter glasses. The 3-D image shutter glasses include a left-eye glass and a right-eye glass to alternately receive left-eye image data and right-eye image data from a display with a predetermined interval, and a transmission part to transmit an image received by one lens of the left-eye and right-eye glasses to an opposite lens.

  • Publication number: 20140110269
Abstract: A process and an anode for the production of nitrogen trifluoride or fluorine where the anode in the electrolytic cell is made primarily from parallel ordered anisotropic carbon, including needle coke and/or mesocarbon microbeads. The parallel ordered anisotropic carbon anodes minimize the production of CF4 and improve the purity of the nitrogen trifluoride or fluorine gas produced. Additionally, the anodes may be molded, instead of extruded or machined, providing for improved dimensional and mechanical integrity of the anode.
