Abstract: A semiconductor manufacturing apparatus includes an equipment front end module (EFEM) including a chamber having an inner space that accommodates a wafer container storing a plurality of wafers, the EFEM adjusting the inner space to first vacuum pressure or atmospheric pressure; and manufacturing process equipment configured to transfer a wafer in the wafer container to a process chamber that performs a manufacturing process of a wafer, and transfer a wafer, after the manufacturing process has been completed, in the process chamber to the wafer container.

Abstract: Provided is a method for acquiring information of network resources connected to ports of network switches. The method includes the steps of: acquiring network resource information including IP address, MAC address, computer name, and workgroup name of the network resources in a network including one or more network switches and a plurality of network resources connected to the switches; acquiring information of the ports of the switches and MAC address information of the network resources connected to ports of the switches; and matching the port-based resource information on the basis of the acquired network resource information and the acquired MAC address information of the network resource information based on the ports of the switches.

Abstract: A printing apparatus in which a general command is converted to a real-time command depending on the needs, allowing fast status analysis and error recovery with fewer number of control commands without inconveniencing the user, a control method therefor, and a data processing apparatus using the printing apparatus. In the printing apparatus or the data processing apparatus including the same which is operated by transmission of command data and print data from a host computer, general data usually processed in order is converted to a real-time command using a real-time command identifier. The printing apparatus receives the data with the real-time command identifier and processes the command or print data designated by the real-time command identifier. The apparatus and method allow using a fewer number of commands to execute various controls.

Abstract: A printer for an electronic cash register or a point of sales system includes a printer main body having a printer head, a cover frame pivotally connected to the printer main body, and a platen adjusting unit. A platen is mounted on an end of the cover frame. The platen adjusting unit is designed to allow the platen to pivot away from the printer head when the cover frame is opened, and to allow the platen to pivot close to the printer head with a predetermined gap between the platen and the printer head when the cover frame is closed.
