    Abstract: A chemical supply structure includes a bar-shaped body having a plurality of chemical reservoirs in which a plurality of chemicals is individually stored such that the body partially crosses an underlying substrate, a bar-shaped nozzle protruded from a bottom surface of the body and injecting injection chemicals onto the substrate, a plurality of the chemicals being mixed into the injection chemicals, and a hydrophobic unit arranged on the bottom surface of the body and on a side surface of the nozzle such that a mixed solution mixed with the injection chemicals is prevented from adhering to the bottom surface and the side surface by controlling a contact angle of the mixed solution with respect to the bottom surface and the side surface.

The coil block includes a first coil, a second coil, a core having an intermediate layer for separating the first coil and the second coil from each other, and a shield for shielding the first coil, the second coil, and the intermediate layer, wherein the first coil and the second coil have the same winding direction. According to the coil block and the electronic device, the filtering can be performed without any inductance offset even if the PWM signal having the inversed phase or the same phase is inputted. Also, since two windings can be wound on to one core using a common coil, the cost and the size of the coil block can be reduced.

    Abstract: An apparatus for executing user commands in digital equipment operating in a USB mass storage (UMS) mode is configured in such a manner that a USB connecting unit transmits and receives commands and data to and from a PC serving as a host through a universal serial bus (USB) port. A USB control unit controls the USB connecting unit. A storage unit stores an access command table including access commands allocated respectively to address shift values, by which addresses contained in one or more user commands received from the PC deviate from a valid address range. A microcomputer determines whether the command received through the USB connecting unit is a user command. If it is determined that the received command is a user command, the microcomputer controls executing the access commands allocated respectively to the address shift values based on the access command table.
