Abstract: Provided is a medical service satisfaction rank information providing system that computes and provides quantified statistical rank information according to a medical institution/department/doctor upon a user request based on medical service satisfaction points inputted by a user that received a medical service and recommendation points for each medical institution/department/doctor inputted by a service information provider, and a method thereof. The method for providing medical service satisfaction information includes the steps of: a) receiving a medical service satisfaction point and storing the medical service satisfaction point; b) receiving a recommendation point and storing the recommendation point; and c) computing rank information by using the medical service satisfaction point and the recommendation point, and providing the rank information to the user terminal.
