Abstract: The invention provides a medical container that is made by firmly and surely welding, to a sheet or film mainly composed of a thermoplastic resin that is not limited to those containing polar groups, a port member that is mainly composed of a thermoplastic resin that is identical with or different from the sheet or film. The medical container is produced by a first process for molding the sheet or film into a bag shape and temporarily fixing the port member to a prescribed position of the bag-shaped sheet or film; and a second process for irradiating the temporary fixing part of the bag-shaped sheet or film and the port member with laser beam to weld the sheet or film to the port member.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing a medical container capable of firmly and surely welding, to a sheet or film mainly composed of a thermoplastic resin not limited to those containing polar groups, a port member mainly composed of a thermoplastic resin that is identical with or different from the sheet or film, and a medical container obtained by the production method. Abstract: A slide switch is coupled with a connector socket which is capable of firmly gripping a plug inserted thereinto and in which a resilient tubular metal cover having a slit in its axial direction is fitted in an annular groove cut in a socket body. An actuator formed integrally with and extending from a holder carrying a movable contact piece is disposed in a main positioning groove which extend across and in parallel to the annular groove. The actuator is driven by inserting a plug into the pulling it out of the socket body, by which the connection of the slide switch is changed over.

Abstract: A plurality of spring housing holes are formed in a first surface of an insulation block of a socket connector, and contact insertion holes are formed in a second surface of the block in communication with the spring housing holes. In each spring housing hole, a coil spring is housed, and the insulation block holds a terminal connected to the corresponding coil spring. A plurality of plug contacts are arranged and embedded in an insulation body of a plug connector. When the plug contacts are inserted into the contact insertion holes, the plug contacts are inserted and engaged between coils of the coil springs to connect the plug contacts and springs electrically with each other.

Abstract: A tubular insulating cover, open at its both ends, has disposed therein a cylindrical shielding conductor coaxially therewith. First and second connector sockets are fitted into the cylindrical shielding conductor from its both ends, in which corresponding contacts of the first and second connector sockets are interconnected. The outer end faces of the first and second connector sockets each has cut therein an annular groove for receiving a cylindrical metal cover of a mating plug. An annular contact for engagement with the cylindrical metal cover of the plug is received in each of the annular grooves and terminals of the annular contacts are connected to the cylindrical shielding conductor.

Abstract: A connector socket, similar to a so-called DIN type socket, has a terminal board attached to a side surface of the connector socket insulating body, and contacts are bent at a right angle to extend from the rear end surface of the insulating body and are passed through the terminal board as the terminals. An annular contact is inserted into an annular recessed groove formed in a front surface of the insulating body and earth terminals are formed to extend from the rear end of the annular contact and project out behind the insulating body. A U-shaped shield cover is mounted to cover the side surfaces of the insulating body. The shield cover is coupled and fixed to the earth terminals, and shield terminals are formed integrally with the shield cover at both end portions of the U-shape to extend beyond the terminal board.
