    Abstract: Provided is a Raman scattering measurement apparatus including a light source which emits light to smoke particles, a filter configured to block light which is incident to the smoke particles and passes through the particle and to allow Raman scattered light to pass therethrough, and a photodetector which detects the Raman scattered light passing through the filter in order to distinguish fire smoke generated due to a true fire from non-fire smoke generated due to daily life or industrial activity. The present invention also provides a fire determination apparatus including a unit which reads a Raman shift from Raman scattered light detected by the photodetector of the Raman scattering measurement apparatus, estimates a smoke component from the read Raman shift, and determines fire/non-fire from the estimated smoke component and a method thereof.

    Abstract: A pseudo dual port memory device in which an operating speed is improved and stability is increased is provided. The pseudo dual port memory device may include a memory cell, a pair of bit lines connected to the memory cell, a write driver, a sense amp, and a column multiplexer which is connected to the bit lines, receives a write multiplexer control signal and a read multiplexer control signal, connects the bit lines to the write driver in response to the write multiplexer control signal, and connects the bit lines to the sense amp in response to the read multiplexer control signal. A precharge control signal generation circuit which is connected to the column multiplexer may generate a precharge control signal on the basis of the read and write multiplexer control signals, and a bit line precharge circuit may precharge the bit lines based on the precharge control signal.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a structure for a quantum dot barrier rib and a process for preparing the same. The structure for a quantum dot barrier rib of the present invention comprises a cured film having a uniform film thickness and an appropriate range of film thickness. Here, the reflectance RSCI measured by the SCI (specular component included) method and the reflectance RSCE measured by the SCE (specular component excluded) method are reduced, and the ratio between them (RSCE/RSCI) is appropriately adjusted, so that it is possible to satisfy such characteristics as high light-shielding property and low reflectance at the same time while the resolution and pattern characteristics are maintained to be excellent. In addition, when the structure for a quantum dot barrier rib is prepared, it is possible to form a multilayer pattern having a uniform film thickness suitable for the quantum dot barrier ribs in a single development process. Thus, it can be advantageously used for a quantum dot display.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a photosensitive resin composition capable of forming a cured film having excellent resolution and chemical resistance upon curing at low temperatures and to a cured film prepared therefrom. In the photosensitive resin composition of the present invention, the first copolymer and the second copolymer are used as a binder to introduce appropriate amounts of a succinate group and an epoxy group to the composition. Thus, it is possible to prepare a cured film that can be sufficiently cured even at low temperatures by enhancing the degree of curing and that has excellent resolution through the control of the developability and enhancements in the crosslinking reaction. Further, the composition has enhanced chemical resistance to chemical solvents or cleaning solvents, whereby deformation of the cured film can be prevented.
