    Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel method for detecting a detection object in a sample, and a detection device using the same. The detecting method of the present invention uses a “bridge composite” in which gold nanoparticles and an antibody specific to a detection object are coupled in order to induce a sufficient coupling reaction between the antibody and the detection object, thereby improving reactivity. Accordingly, since excellent resolution is provided, the method of the present invention has advantages of enabling accurate concentration measurement of a detection object in a sample, and amplifying a measurement signal. In addition, the method of the present invention can effectively detect small molecules such as hormones, vitamins, etc. having a small molecular weight.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a glass having a surface with improved water-repellency or hydrophobicity and low reflectance, and a fabrication method thereof. A technology is employed, in which a thin film containing silicon or silicon oxide is formed on the glass surface, the nano-structures are formed by selective etching treatment using a reactive gas such as CF4 or the like to provide superhydrophobicity and low reflectance properties, and a material with low surface energy is coated onto the nano-structures. The fabrication method of the low-reflective and superhydrophobic or super water-repellent glass may execute deposition and etching processes for the glass having the superhydrophobicity and the low reflectance, and provide excellent superhydrophobicity and low reflectance to the surface of the glass which was difficult to be treated. Also, the method is sustainable due to non-use of a toxic etching solution during these processes.

    Abstract: Technologies are described for performing synchronization within a database environment. A source host stores multiple database tables and a replica host stores copies of the multiple database tables. During synchronization, replication log replay is blocked at the replica node, and a multithreaded process locks the multiple database tables of the source hosts, reactivates replication log generation for each of the multiple database tables, and then unlocks the database tables. A synchronization timestamp is acquired and used to synchronize the multiple database tables with the copies of the multiple database tables. After synchronization, replication log replay is reactivated at the replica host for the copies of the multiple database tables.
