Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method based on provision of content. The system includes an operator server (100) for receiving content from a provider computer, receiving information about an advertisement website from an advertiser computer, and receiving a web page to which unique HTML code for content is attached, from a propagator computer, thus providing an advertisement corresponding to content that is used. The provider computer (200) transmits or receives content and information about payment conditions to or from the operator server (100). The advertiser computer (300) transmits or receives information about a website desired to be advertised and payment conditions to or from the operator server. The propagator computer (400) transmits or receives information about the web page of a propagator, HTML code, and payment conditions related to use of content by a typical Internet user to or from the operator server (100).
