Abstract: A heat sink structure according to the present invention comprises: a cover plate having one surface on which a printed circuit board provided with a heat generating element is mounted to receive heat from the heat generating element; and a heat sink body part having an inner space divided, by the cover plate, into a receiving space, in which the printed circuit board is received, and a refrigerant chamber in which a refrigerant is filled, wherein a plurality of refrigerant condensation grooves, in which a gaseous refrigerant thermally exchanged with the cover plate is condensed while flowing, are formed on at least one surface of the refrigerant chamber so that a gaseous refrigerant thermally exchanged with heat generated by the heat generating element is rapidly condensed and thus the heat generated in the heat generating element can be rapidly dissipated.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a heat sink structure and a manufacturing method thereof, in which a plurality of heat radiation fin parts, which is configured to radiate heat, is fixed to a heat radiation surface of a heat sink main body part by laser welding, such that thicknesses of and intervals between the plurality of heat radiation fin parts may be minimized, heat dissipation performance may be improved, a weight may be greatly reduced, and production lead time and manufacturing costs may be significantly reduced by manufacturing only the heat sink main body part by casting.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing welding distortion and a method for welding a pipe and a flange using same, the apparatus being capable of effectively reducing welding distortion of a flange, which occurs during welding with a pipe and improving economic efficiency and productivity. The apparatus for preventing the welding distortion comprises: at least one counterweight which is arranged to be in contact with one side of a flange that is to be welded to a pipe, and has a hollow portion therein; and a fastening tool which fixes the counterweight to the flange, wherein the hollow portion of the counterweight may accommodate a refrigerant.
