The first compound is represented by a first chemical formula Li7-aPS6-a(X11-bX2b)a, wherein X1 and X2 are the same or different and each represents F, Cl, Br, or I, and wherein 0<a?2 and 0<b<1, and the second compound is represented by a second chemical formula Li7-cP1-2dMdS6-c-3d(X11-eX2e)c, wherein X1 and X2 are the same or different and each represents F, Cl, Br, or I, wherein M represents Ge, Si, Sn, or any combination thereof, and wherein 0<c?2, 0<d<0.5, and 0<e<1.

Abstract: Provided is an illumination device. The illumination device may include side-view type LED packages mounted on a substrate. The substrate and the side-view type LED packages may be inserted into a transparent or semitransparent cover unit. The side-view type LED packages may be mounted on at least one of a first surface and a second surface of the substrate, and may have different light-emitting directions from each other.

Abstract: A white light emitting device includes a blue light emitting diode (LED) emitting blue light, a yellow phosphor excited by the blue light to emit yellow light, and selected from the group consisting of Y3Al5O12 and Lu3Al5O12, and a red phosphor and a green phosphor excited by the blue light to emit red light and green light, wherein white light obtained from a mixture of the blue light and excited light corresponds to a region defined by coordinate points of (0.28, 0.28), (0.24, 0.20), (0.26, 0.19), and (0.30, 0.27) in a CIE 1931 color coordinate system.
