According to an embodiment, there is provided a method of controlling a talk burst for at least one PT (push-to) client each having at least one talk burst control timer, the method comprising: providing, by a device management server or a PT server, at least one time value for the at least one talk burst control timer, to the at least one PT client, and updating the at least one talk burst control timer in the at least one PT client with the at least one time value.

Abstract: A system and method for changing a value of a talk burst control timer, are provided. According to an embodiment, there is provided a method of controlling talk burst timer operations for a terminal that communicates with a network, the method performed by the network and comprising: receiving at least one talk burst request from the terminal; and sending, to the terminal, at least one time value for at least one talk burst control timer of the terminal, wherein the time value is decided with consideration of network environment information, and wherein the time value is sent by using a device management (DM) provisioning method.

Abstract: There is provided a multiple network connection method through a first communication device constituting a multiple network together with one or more second communication device, comprises: transmitting a service request message to the second communication device by the first communication device; transmitting a response message including service connection information to the first communication device by the second communication device; transmitting the service request message including the service connection information to a network management server by the first communication device; transmitting a request message to set a new connection path with the second communication device to a service providing entity or an external communication device by the network management server; and generating a new connection path between the service providing entity or the external communication device and the second communication device, and transceiving data through the new connection path.

Abstract: A method and system for notifying updating of terminal capability information for a combination service for simultaneously performing two or more services between first and second users are disclosed. Each terminal recognizes whether or not its terminal capability information has been updated to inform the other terminal accordingly when the first service for the combination service is connected. When a terminal, which has received update indication information informing that the terminal capability information has been updated, request and obtains the updated terminal capability information from the other terminal.

Abstract: A Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) based session setup method and an terminal thereof, wherein the SIP based session setup method, in a session setup process performed between terminals in a SIP based network which includes at least one or more of the terminals and at least one or more entities, comprises sending a SIP INVITE message from a first terminal to a second terminal, receiving and analyzing the SIP INVITE message by the second terminal, and including a certain service condition in a SIP RESPONSE message, by the second terminal, and sending the SIP RESPONSE message including the service condition to the first terminal.

Abstract: A method and terminal for controlling Voice Call Continuity (VCC) functions initiated by a network, are discussed. According to an embodiment, the method includes receiving, by a terminal, a VCC function notification message, the VCC function notification message including VCC enabling information indicating whether a VCC function of the terminal is to be enabled or disabled; and enabling or disabling the VCC function of the terminal based on the VCC function notification message.

Abstract: A method, server and terminal for providing a Voice Call Continuity (VCC) service, are discussed. According to an embodiment, the terminal includes a storage unit to store operator policy information and user preference information, the user preference information including domain selection information specifying a user-preferred domain to be used when originating the outgoing call from the terminal, the operator policy information including domain selection information specifying a network-preferred domain to be used when originating the outgoing call from the terminal; and a controller to perform a domain selection for the outgoing call based on the user preference information or the operator policy information.

Abstract: A method, terminal and server for controlling a domain transfer operation, are discussed. According to an embodiment, the server includes a receiver to receive a domain transfer request; a controller to evaluate the domain transfer request based on criteria information, to determine whether or not to generate a domain transfer request message based on the evaluation result, and to generate the domain transfer request message based on the determination result; and a transmitter to transmit the domain transfer request message to at least one terminal so as to selectively initiate a domain transfer for a call.

Abstract: A terminal, method and system for providing a CS service, a SIP-based service, or a CSI service, are provided. According to an embodiment, the terminal includes a controller to receive a terminal capability version of at least one target terminal, to compare the received terminal capability version with a previously stored terminal capability version of the at least one target terminal, and to determine whether to request for terminal capability information of the at least one target terminal based on the comparison result, wherein the terminal capability version identifies a version of capabilities of the at least one target terminal.

Abstract: Session invitation method and system in a PTx communication system are disclosed. For session invitation, an inviting terminal adds first media information corresponding to session information in an invitation message and transmits it or transmits it through an RTP. Then, the first media information received by an invited terminal is checked and an invitee determines whether to accept the invitation before joining the session. When the invitation is rejected, the invited terminal adds second media information corresponding to a reason for rejection in a reject message and transmits it, or transmits it through the RTP.
