  • Patent number: 11220162
Abstract: A door frame for a vehicle includes an inner frame configured such that a roof part corresponding to a roof of a vehicle body and a pillar part corresponding to a pillar of the vehicle body extend to be integrated with each other. A first outer frame is configured to extend along the roof part of the inner frame and to be coupled to the roof part so that a first glass run is fixed to the first outer frame. A second outer frame is configured to extend along the pillar part and to be coupled to the pillar part so that a second glass run is fixed to the second outer frame. The first glass run and the second glass run are both capable of absorbing impact when the door glass is inserted thereinto.

  • Publication number: 20080122261
Abstract: A vehicle hood includes a hood inner panel; a hood outer panel attached to the hood inner panel; a subframe attached to the hood inner panel; and at least one auxiliary frame disposed at the subframe and attached to the hood inner panel. The subframe is disposed in a substantially straight line across a lateral direction of the hood inner panel. Each of the auxiliary frames is substantially perpendicular to the subframe. Each of the auxiliary frames includes a pair of lateral plates disposed at a slant with respect to a width of the auxiliary frame, the pair of lateral plates defining a groove; and combining portions for attaching the auxiliary frame to the subframe, the combining portions extending from the pair of lateral plates. The hood outer panel, the subframe, and the vertical frames are attached to the hood inner panel by hemming.

  • Patent number: 6910728
Abstract: A door hinge mounting structure for vehicles comprises a bracket having a closed cross-section. A coupling nut is coupled to the bracket via a plurality of flanges and a coupling bolt. The coupling bolt also has a guide portion, such that an easy assembly allows a door hinge to be securely and stably coupled to a door, thereby reducing maintenance of the door hinge assembly and providing a firm support for the door to the vehicle body.
