The motion measure unit measures a first motion pattern of the mobile terminal. The motion pattern storage stores a second motion pattern set for the mobile terminal. When the first motion pattern of the mobile terminal measured by the motion measure unit coincides with the second motion pattern stored in the motion pattern storage, the controller executes a screen unlock of the mobile terminal.

Abstract: A mobile terminal having a touch screen and a method present a user interface in the mobile terminal having a touch screen. The method includes: detecting a touched area corresponding to a touch when the touch is sensed in the touch screen; and executing different functions according to whether the detected touched area is equal to or greater than a preset area threshold. Various touch inputs are sensed through a touch screen in the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal and method present user interfaces corresponding to the respective touch inputs.

For example, a first hierarchical layer may include a first P2P network including all peer nodes of the P2P system, and a second hierarchical layer may include a plurality of second P2P networks where the second P2P networks of the second hierarchical layer include respective subsets of the peer nodes of the first P2P network. Abstract: A method of informing occurrence of an event and a mobile terminal using the same are disclosed. The method includes: determining whether a missed event occurs; sensing a user's attention to the mobile terminal; and informing the occurrence of the missed event when the user's attention is sensed. Since the mobile terminal informs the occurrence of the missed event only when the user gives attention to his/her mobile terminal, the number of times for informing the missed event is reduced and damage of people around the mobile terminal and power consumption of the mobile terminal caused by sound or vibration of informing the occurrence of the event can be minimized.

The background of a second group may be displayed in a second color different from the first color, and a background of a third group may be displayed in the first color.
