  • Patent number: 9118041
Abstract: A direct liquid feed fuel cell system that includes a housing, a fuel cell stack in which air flow channels are formed, in the housing; and a fan that supplies air between the housing and a part of the air flow channels, wherein the fuel cell stack is obliquely mounted toward the fan. The fuel cell system can be arranged so that the airflow channels are substantially vertical, in order for air to be supplied between the housing and an upper part of the airflow channels, with the fuel cell stack downwardly obliquely mounted toward the fan. Furthermore, an outlet in the housing on an opposite side of the fuel cell stack from the fan can allow air that has passed through the air flow channels to be exhausted from the fuel cell system after passing through a space between a part of the fuel cell stack and the housing.

  • Patent number: 7111247
Abstract: The present invention relates to a device and method for displaying various menus of a microwave oven onto one screen. In the present invention, the various menus can be displayed onto one screen by using a tree structure or window structure. To this end, display control data are stored such that the various menus can be displayed in the form of the tree structure or display window. These display control data are stored in a separately provided storage device. According to the present invention constructed as such, since the user can confirm the various functions of the microwave oven on the same screen at one time, there is an advantage in that trials and errors made when using the microwave oven can be minimized. In addition, since all the functions can be confirmed simultaneously, there are further advantages in that the time required for learning how to use the microwave oven is reduced and function selection can be conveniently made.

  • Publication number: 20040004807
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to an apparatus including both an oven (i.e. a microwave oven) and a radio. In embodiments of the present invention, control circuitry is shared for both the oven and the radio. Embodiments of the present invention are advantageous, as a consumer desiring both a microwave oven and a radio need not buy these devices separately because they are combined in a single combination unit. The present invention is also advantageous, as the combination microwave oven and radio is less costly to produce than an oven and a radio that are separate devices. This is possible because many components (i.e. the casing and/or control circuitry) are shared between the two devices. Accordingly, a combination oven and radio may be more affordable to consumers.

  • Patent number: 6353214
Abstract: The present invention relates to an automatic cooking of a microwave oven, in particular to an automatic cooking compensation apparatus of a microwave oven and a method thereof which is capable of solving a port number restriction problem of a microcomputer when data compensation corresponding to automatic cooking time is performed. The present invention can have data variable port as same as line number of a key matrix by using the data variable port for the cooking time compensation in conjunction with key input ports, accordingly the cooking data can be compensated as same as the number of line. In other words, data variable value inputs from four˜five up to eight are possible within the range permitted by the key matrix, accordingly the present invention is capable of varying all the automatic cooking data set in advance with low material expense and a simple hardware construction.
