The system includes a motor providing rotational force to wheels of the vehicle and a first battery storing electric energy for driving the motor. A DC converter is connected to the DC link terminal to down-convert a voltage of the DC link terminal and output the down-converted voltage. A second battery is supplied with the voltage converted by the DC converter and has a voltage lower than that of the first battery. The semiconductor layer contacts the substrate through the first separation part, and the second electrode contacts the first electrode through the contact part. A height of a burr produced in the second separation part is lower than a height between the first electrode and the second electrode.

It is possible to prevent overdischarge and overcharge of the battery by monitoring the battery through the electric load in a state in which a vehicle is turned off and switching the BSM to a wakeup state only if necessary.
