Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition containing IL-2 or an expression promoter or activator thereof as an active ingredient for prevention or treatment of cancer disease. In the present invention, it was discovered that when treating cancer cells with IL-2, an anticancer effect was enhanced by inhibiting the secretion of cancer cell-derived exosomes and the expression of PD-L1 inducing immune escape of T cells. IL-2 was also discovered to effectuate the anticancer effect directly on cancer cells compared to conventional techniques exhibiting an immune anticancer effect by activating cytotoxic T cells. Thus, IL-2 or an expression promoter or activator thereof can be advantageously used in a composition for prevention or treatment of cancer diseases.

The semiconductor device includes: a stack structure including a plurality of interlayer insulating layers and a plurality of gate conductive layers, which are stacked in an alternating manner; at least one support structure penetrating the stack structure in a substantially vertical manner, the at least one support structure being formed in a contact region; and a contact plug penetrating the stack structure in a substantially vertical manner, the contact plug being formed in the contact region, the contact plug being connected to a contact pad that is disposed on the bottom of the stack structure. The at least one support structure is formed of an oxide layer.

Abstract: A vehicle includes a first camera mounted on the vehicle to have a first field of view facing a front or rear of the vehicle and configured to acquire first image data, a second camera mounted on the vehicle to have a second field of view facing a left or right side of the vehicle and configured to acquire second image data, and a display. The vehicle also has a controller configured to display first around-view data in which the first image data and the second image data are combined so that a boundary between the first image data and the second image data becomes a first reference angle on the display. The controller is also configured to combine the first image data and the second image data so that an angle between the boundary and a driving direction of the vehicle becomes a second reference angle greater than the first reference angle based on an opening of a door or trunk lid or gate of the vehicle.

Abstract: Proposed is a rubber composition for a tire tread, which includes: a solution-polymerized elastomer having a conjugated diene-based monomer unit, a solution-polymerized elastomer having an aromatic vinyl monomer unit and a conjugated diene-based monomer unit, or a combination thereof, at 100 parts by weight; and a plasticizer containing an aromatic petroleum resin and an aliphatic olefin polymer, at 10 to 50 parts by weight. Further, a manufacturing method of the rubber composition for a tire tread is proposed.
