The foldable clothes hanger includes a case, first and second upper clothes rack members one ends of which are rotatably installed to the case, first and second engagement members formed at one end portions of the first and second upper clothes rack members, respectively, so as to engage with each other such that the first and second upper clothes rack members rotate at the same angle as each other, a first elastic member installed to the first and second upper clothes rack members so as to provide elastic force such that the first and second upper clothes rack members rotate in a direction spaced apart from each other, and an angle fixing section installed to the case so as to engage with at least one of the first and second engagement members and fix rotation angles of the first and second upper clothes rack members.

A broadcast server provides a reporting condition for signal quality to a mobile terminal using a control message. The mobile terminal, when it satisfies the reporting condition, transmits a reporting message for signal quality to a management server managing signal qualities. The reporting message includes signal quality measurement results at the current location. In this way, information on the low-signal quality area is automatically collected from the mobile terminal, making it possible to rapidly and easily comprehend the sate of the mobile broadcasting network depending on the collected information.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of recording and storing a broadcast content received for mobile broadcast services in a transmitting-end level. A broadcast receiving terminal includes a type of the key profile in the header of the recorded file for the particular broadcast content, the CIEK which is used in encrypting the broadcast content and encrypted with the second layer encryption key, and the acquisition information on the second layer encryption key. The acquisition information on the second layer encryption key is included in a corresponding field of the header according to the type of the used profile. As in the SRTP and IPSec, a recorded file format in the transmitting-end level recording is the PDCF. Information associated with the encryption of the encrypted broadcast content is stored in the OMA DRM common header box (ohdr box) of the PDCF recorded file.

Abstract: Disclosed is system for a hybrid vehicle in which a rotor in a motor is continuously and directly connected to a transmission and is rotatable with the transmission. A first stator mounted around an exterior side of the rotor is directly connected to a shaft of the engine to be rotatable with the shaft of the engine, and a second stator is fixedly mounted to the exterior side of the motor housing around the rotor. The system may further include a lock-up clutch configured to selectively connect a rotation shaft of the rotor with the shaft of the engine, a first inverter configured to control an operation of the first stator, and a second inverter configured to control an operation of the second stator.

A preset recording for a predetermined broadcast program is checked to see if a current time is equal to a recording start time based on the specified preset recording; if so, extracting service linking information for the predetermined broadcast program; displaying that the DMB terminal has moved from the first broadcasting service area for the preset recording when the extracted service linking information corresponds to hard linking information, and recording a broadcasting program according to the hard linking information; and if they correspond, displaying that the DMB terminal has moved from the first broadcasting service area for the preset recording, and providing a list of broadcasting programs according to the soft linking information to enable a user to reset a preset recording function.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus are provided for managing encryption keys by a mobile communication terminal connected to a smartcard that stores the encryption keys. The mobile communication terminal receives and stores encrypted multimedia data, extracts recording key information corresponding to an encryption key from the received multimedia data, determines whether the extracted recording key information has been previously stored in a recording key database, and maps the extracted recording key information to identification information of the received multimedia data and stores mapping data therebetween in the recording key database when the extracted recording key information has not been previously stored in the recording key database.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for configuring a message for controlling purchase service in wireless broadcasting. When a portable terminal directly uses a corresponding service through registration without a process for purchasing a charged broadcasting service, the portable terminal directly receives a Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) User ServiceID, and it is impossible to separate a GlobalPurchaseItemID and a PurchaseDataID from each other. Therefore, a purchase service list can not be known. However, according to the method herein, it is possible to separate two identifiers from each other in the portable terminal, so that it is possible to conveniently control each list regarding various types of purchased services.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for configuring partial broadcasting guide information in a digital broadcasting system is disclosed. The apparatus includes a terminal and a broadcasting service providing server. The terminal transmits a connection request and a partial broadcasting guide information delivery request. The broadcasting service providing server responds to the connection request, performs user authentication using a password received from the terminal upon receipt of the partial broadcasting guide information delivery request, performs broadcasting guide information filtering in order to acquire partial broadcasting guide information if the user authentication is successful, and provides the partial broadcasting guide information to the terminal.
