  • Patent number: 9940531
Abstract: An apparatus and method for setting a region of interest of a vehicle that is being driven is provided. The apparatus includes an image capturing unit configured to capture a front image of the vehicle that is being driven, a memory configured to store a program for setting the region of interest of the vehicle that is being driven, and a processor. The processor obtains a current position of the vehicle and lane information corresponding to the current position based on the front image captured by the image capturing unit by executing the program, and sets the region of interest needed for recognition of a signal light based on the obtained lane information, and the processor sets a region including a lane corresponding to another vehicle driving in the same direction as the vehicle that is being driven in the front image as the region of interest.

  • Publication number: 20140285495
Abstract: An apparatus and method for generating a font by using a glyph is provided. The method includes: generating a first basic glyph as a basic shape of a character or a grapheme; generating second through ath (wherein a is an integer greater than or equal to 2) basic glyphs to which at least one of a transversely expanded shape of the basic shape and a longitudinally expanded shape of the basic shape is applied; performing an interpolation operation by using at least two of the first through ath basic glyphs to generate an interpolation glyph having a different shape from the first through ath basic glyphs; and generating a font by using the first through ath basic glyphs and the interpolation glyph.

  • Publication number: 20110220136
Abstract: The present invention relates to a hair extension in which false hair 10 has strands of hair of a predetermined length of which the top ends are bonded to each other to form an attachment portion 12, two bundles of false hair 10 being interconnected via a connection string 40, wherein the connection string 40 is tied with a separate rubber string 30. The hair extension of the present invention decreases the thickness of the joint between the human hair and the false hair to achieve aesthetic enhancement, and prevents the length of the hair extensions from being shortened while applying the hair extensions so as to provide hair extensions with the desired length. The present invention minimizes the changes in posture of a worker applying hair extensions, thereby reducing fatigue of the worker and shortening the working time.

  • Publication number: 20080121473
Abstract: The present invention relates to a parking brake system using a tapered roller in ramp-typed brake caliper for vehicles, in which because a tapered roller in ramp-typed caliper that generates parking brake force through axial force in the operation of a parking brake system is mounted, stable axial force is generated and relatively large contact areas are obtained by axial surface contacts by tapered rollers, so that it does not require forging with very high precision that is required for ball in ramp-typed ramps with point contact, thus the manufacturing process comes In be easy,
