  • Publication number: 20160338551
Abstract: A sanitary wipe having an inner moistened towelette. The moistened towelette is a paper core that is moistened with a first volume of the liquid that is between 50% and 98% of the volume needed to saturate the towelette. The moistened towelette is wrapped in tissue paper, such as the kind traditionally used as toilet paper. The tissue paper is folded into a first section and a second section. The moistened towelette is interposed between the twp sections of tissue paper. As such, the tissue paper touches the skin when pressed against the skin. The moistened towelette, the first section of tissue paper and the second section of tissue paper are all manufactured so that they lose physical integrity when saturated in water. In this manner, the sanitary wipe maintains integrity during use, but degrades sufficiently in a toilet to be flushed.

  • Patent number: 9027195
Abstract: A cleaning implement having a sponge and an assembly for engaging and manipulating the sponge. The assembly includes a gripper head having a receptacle area that is defined within a peripheral wall. Hook elements are provided that laterally extend into the receptacle area from the peripheral wall. A handle extends from the gripper head. The handle may be selectively detachable from the gripper head. A sponge is provided, wherein a segment of the sponge is deformed into the receptacle area. The deformed section of the sponge is hooked by the hook elements in the receptacle area. This mechanically interconnects the sponge with the gripper head.

  • Patent number: 8418307
Abstract: A cleaning implement that is used to clean non-stick surfaces. The cleaning implement has a handle unit. A disposable plastic scrubber head is temporarily affixed to the handle unit. The plastic scrubber head has a base and a continuous flexible peripheral wall. The peripheral wall has a beveled top edge. Mechanical fasteners join the handle unit to the plastic scrubber. When a scrubber head is attached to the handle unit and is pressed against a non-stick surface, the peripheral wall deforms to the curvature of the non-stick surface. Simultaneously, the bevel top edge flattens toward the non-stick surface creating a scraper that can dislodge food material from the non-stick surface without scratching the non-stick surface. Once the scrubber head becomes worn, it is removed from the handle assembly and replaced.

  • Patent number: 8381638
Abstract: A grill assembly that uses a forced air curtain to limit smoke emissions from the grill. The grill assembly had a housing with an open top. A heat source is provided in the housing. A grilling surface is disposed in the housing between the open top and the heat source. A first fan is provided. The first fan directs air through an air curtain manifold to create an air curtain of forced air. The air curtain of forced air extends horizontally across the open top of the grill housing. Any smoke created by the cooking of food rises up until it contacts the air curtain of forced air. The smoke either remains trapped below the air curtain or passes into the flow of the air curtain.

  • Patent number: 8341796
Abstract: A device for wiping a section of the human body surrounding the anus having a contoured body that is shaped to mimic the contours of the anatomy between the anus and groin within the natural depression. A ridge is formed on the contoured body. The ridge starts proximate a forward edge and progresses toward a rear edge. The ridge follows an ascending slope to an apex. Additionally, sloped side surfaces ascend from the side edges toward the ridge. A handle extends laterally from the contoured body. The handle enables the contoured body to be pulled laterally across the body. The contoured body is covered with a disposable wipe. As the wipe moves across the body, it wipes clean the contacted area. The wipe is then removed and thrown away.

  • Patent number: 8234973
Abstract: A liner used to line the grills of barbecues and other types of cooking grill structures. The liner has at least one solid section and at least one perforated section that runs along the length of the liner. The liner is also shaped in a sinusoidal pattern that fits over the parallel rods on a cooking grill. The liner is placed onto a cooking grill above the burners. The solid section of the liner is placed directly above the burners. The perforated sections are not. As such, the liner allows drippings to flow away from the food and fall into the barbecue only in areas where the drippings will not ignite. Thus, the liner eliminates the major cause of fire flare-up when cooking on an open flame grill.
