  • Publication number: 20190020170
Abstract: The present invention relates to a single optical fiber-based multi-ring laser beam device, and a manufacturing method therefor. The present invention enables a laser beam to be emitted in a single optical fiber through at least two stair-type processing methods by allowing the laser beam to be radially spread out in a lengthwise direction of the optical fiber in two or more ring forms. Therefore, if two ring-form light profiles are used instead of one ring-form light profile, an energy burden on a glass tube is reduced because of an energy dispersion effect such that a safe treatment effect can be provided without the risk of damage to the glass tube. In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, an unnecessary process is removed by forming two rings in one optical fiber instead of using two optical fibers, such that advantages of simple manufacturing and cost reduction are provided.

  • Publication number: 20140105231
Abstract: A conical shaped-optical fiber is provided. The optical fiber includes remote end that is formed as a conical shape similar to a pointed end of a pencil and thus the laser beams are accumulated on the remote end for cutting tissue similar to a knife end. Further, in order to send laser beams circlewise in a tissue to a side, the remote end of the optical fiber is formed as a conical shape and the angle of the conical shape is adjusted for laser beams not to be accumulated on the remote end but to be scattered.

  • Patent number: 8010899
Abstract: The present invention provides to a system and method of providing a data-skin based on a standard schema. In the data skin provision method, a user accesses and logs in to a data skin server. A meta-database is searched for a list of XSDs and skins to represent data. If desired XSD exists, the data skin server maps the XSD to data of the user, thus creating an XML document. A skin storage means is searched for a skin file and the skin file is selected. If the selected skin file is a payable skin file, user information is input to a payment server, and then payment is processed and an approval is obtained. The selected skin file is downloaded to a user computer, or the XML document is mapped to the skin file and various format documents are created and downloaded to the user computer.
