  • Publication number: 20250145891
Abstract: A heat integration process and system for a chemical recycling facility is provided that can lower the carbon footprint and global warming potential of the facility. More particularly, one or more heat transfer media may be used to recover heat energy from a waste plastic pyrolysis effluent and redistribute the recovered heat energy throughout the chemical recycling facility. Furthermore, at least a portion of the pyrolysis oil produced by the pyrolysis process may be used to liquefy at least a portion of the waste plastics. Thus, the global warming potential of the chemical recycling facility may be optimized and lowered due to the heat integration process and system herein.

  • Publication number: 20250080526
Abstract: An authentication system is implemented for authenticating the identity of an entity. By registering and verifying user accounts for entities using the authentication system, the authentication system ensures with high confidence that user accounts are associated with verified entities. Authenticating identities between entities may be established and represented in the authentication system by authenticated identity objects. The entities may access the authenticated identity objects by requesting dynamic tokens linked to the authenticated identity object. A requesting entity can provide the dynamic token to another entity who may then provide the dynamic token back to the authentication system. Based on verifying the dynamic token, the authentication system provides an indication of a verification of the entity. In this way, an entity may rely on the verification prior to further interacting with another entity or individual.

  • Patent number: 12186808
Abstract: It has been found that duplex monolithic parts can be manufactured in high volume at low cost by using powder metal technology to mold and sinter an inner component of the part into an outer component of the part. This technique reduces the cost of manufacturing intricate metal products by taking advantage of the attributes of powder metal technology in making the inner component of the part. The outer component of the part can be wrought machined, stamped or forged, or made by double press double sinter or forging a powder metal component of the part. In any case, this technique can beneficially be used in making a wide variety of toroid parts, such as gears, clutches, sprags, bearing races, one-way diodes, and the like.
