  • Patent number: 11972448
Abstract: The present invention supports the entry of customer experience feedback into the system, which then conducts real-time automated filtering and evaluation of feedback entered by the customer and supports the transmission of real-time notifications to selected personnel based on feedback evaluation in a flexible messaging and workflow system. The present invention supports that ability to obtain constructive feedback, either good or bad, regarding a customer's experience while the customer is still at the service provider or retail sales location. And, if the experience is negative, the invention provides automated evaluation and filtering of the feedback information with real-time notifications to selected personnel so the customer's concerns can be addressed immediately so as to rectify the negative experience with personal attention to the consumer, and preserve the client relationship for the future before the customer departs from the service provider or retail sales location.

  • Patent number: 11942709
Abstract: A terminal blade for a header assembly includes a first end defining a first axis and being partially coated with an anti-tarnish material and defining an adhesion region spaced from the anti-tarnish material coating. The terminal blade also includes a second end defining a second axis. The terminal blade further includes a bridge extending between the first end and the second end such that the first axis is substantially perpendicular to the second axis.

  • Publication number: 20220370800
Abstract: A medical device senses cardiac electrical signals including T-waves attendant to ventricular myocardial repolarizations and detects a T-wave template condition associated with non-pathological changes in T-wave morphology. The device generates a T-wave template from T-waves sensed by the sensing circuit during the T-wave template condition. After generating the T-wave template, the device acquires a T-wave signal from the cardiac electrical signal and compares the acquired T-wave signal to the T-wave template. The device detects a pathological event in response to the acquired T-wave signal not matching the T-wave template.

  • Patent number: 11505047
Abstract: A tarp deploying apparatus includes radial arm with a proximal radial arm and a distal arm. The distal arm is formed from a flexible material such as a double-walled hydraulic hose. The distal arm attaches to a tarp roller to deploy the tarp over a storage area on a trailer with at least one rear door. The radial arm is mounted on a mounting bracket secured to one of the doors. A releasable connector between the arms permits the distal arm to be separated from the proximal arm so that the rear doors on the trailer can be opened and closed without interference from the radial arm.

  • Patent number: 10864838
Abstract: A hopper door opening and closing apparatus operates a door on a hopper discharge opening. A pair of motorized linear actuators, each having an extendable rod, are mounted to support rails on opposite sides of the door. A bracket connects the rods to the door. A controller selectively activates the linear actuators to extend the rods and thereby move the door to an open position that permits material to flow through the lower opening and selectively activates the linear actuators to retract rods and thereby move the door to a closed position covering the lower opening.

  • Patent number: 10482488
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a loyalty and rewards system that implements a user incentive program using smart card technology are provided. A loyalty system allows a user to systematically search, identify, store, and redeem electronic coupons and rebates associated with products from a large number of providers and manufactures. The loyalty system also integrates the activities associated with the user incentive program (e.g., coupon collection, storage, and redemption, etc.), with existing payment methods (e.g., charging a credit card, etc.) using smart card technology. Thus, the loyalty system allows the user to obtain savings and otherwise participate in the user incentive program without adding time consuming and tedious processing that is normally associated with coupon and rebate programs.
