  • Patent number: 11916024
Abstract: A method of forming a semiconductor device comprising forming a patterned resist over a stack comprising at least one material and removing a portion of the stack exposed through the patterned resist to form a stack opening. A portion of the patterned resist is laterally removed to form a trimmed resist and an additional portion of the stack exposed through the trimmed resist is removed to form steps in sidewalls of the stack. A dielectric material is formed between the sidewalls of the stack to substantially completely fill the stack opening, and the dielectric material is planarized. Additional methods are disclosed, as well as semiconductor devices.

  • Patent number: 10739935
Abstract: A method for reviewing content previously displayed on a display screen includes capturing at least one screenshot of at least part of a display screen in response to an occurrence of a trigger event based on a change in displayed content. A value of at least one criterion of the displayed content is stored in association with each captured screenshot. A request is received, based on at least one of the stored criteria, to review a captured screenshot. A screenshot corresponding with the request may be superimposed on the display screen as an overlay. Content displayed on the screen for the occurrence of the trigger event is monitored. A screenshot in response to each occurrence of the trigger event is captured. The request to review a screenshot may be a request to review a selection from a plurality of captured screenshots.

  • Patent number: 9200842
Abstract: A device and method are provided for detecting a root moisture content of clothing in a clothes dryer. The dryer has two conducting bars situated in the dryer bin. A pulse generator circuit is coupled to the conducting bars. A microcontroller is coupled to an output of the pulse generator circuit. The pulse generator circuit generates a pulse when wet clothing contacts the conducting bars in the dryer bin. The microcontroller receives the pulses and counts the pulses that are longer than a threshold length. The microcontroller issues a termination signal based on the number of counted pulses.

  • Patent number: 8919560
Abstract: A chewing gum disposal container is provided as simple, easy to use, and convenient apparatus for disposing used gum in areas where traditional methods of gum disposal are not readily available. The apparatus is provided as an envelope that forms an inner chamber. The inner chamber is utilized for receiving used chewing gum and is lined with an antimicrobial layer that reduces the transmission of infectious disease. The envelope utilizes a front section and a rear section in order to form the inner chamber. The front section provides a top flap that seals the inner chamber. Additionally the front section provides a visual identifier for distinguishing the particular apparatus.

  • Patent number: 8707580
Abstract: A dryer having an improved automatic dryness detection circuit is provided. Wet clothing in the dryer bin contacts a sensor and causes a pulse to be sent to a microcontroller if the resistance of the clothes is low enough. The microcontroller disregards pulses which are shorter than a threshold time and counts pulses which are longer than a threshold time. The microcontroller issues a termination signal if the rate of pulses is lower than a threshold rate.
