    Abstract: A wind turbine is disclosed comprising blade forms mounted for limited pivotal movement as they proceed around an orbital path. A torque sensitive control means is provided to progressively limit the pivotal movement of the blade forms in response to changes in the rotational speed of the turbine so that high torque and efficiency is obtained throughout the operational range of the turbine.
