Abstract: A device for scooping a dippable bait composition and applying the composition uniformly to a fishing lure includes a rigid handle having an attached sleeve of monolithic construction. The sleeve has a downwardly convergent conical shape configured to hold the bait composition, and has a slot that travels about 180 degrees around the sleeve, thereby allowing insertion of a fishing line securing a lure which is then treated merely by pulling it through the sleeve.

Abstract: A kit is provided for producing a crawfish trap employing cylindrical sidewalls derived from three identical cans such as cans utilized for the packaging of food products. The kit includes two connector collars for securing the sidewalls to form an elongated cylindrical structure having opposed open extremities, and two funnel members adapted to fit into the open extremities.

Abstract: A device for testing a multi-terminal electrical service receptacle on a towing vehicle includes an electrically insulative body of elongated shape having forward and rearward faces. Electrical contacts are disposed in the forward face to engage the terminals of the receptacle. Light-emitting devices such as bulbs are disposed in the rearward face, and are connected by way of electrical conductors to the corresponding contacts in the forward surface. During use of the device, the illumination of a particular light signifies the validity of the corresponding electrical circuit involving features of the towing vehicle.

Abstract: A device for use in a jug fishing apparatus has a closure lid portion adapted to be securable onto a male threaded lip of a conventional wide-mouth plastic jar. A spool portion forwardly emergent from the closure lid portion and having axial and radial bores accommodates a length of spirally wound fishing line which passes through the bores. A circular flange forwardly emergent from the spool portion and penetrated by the line has a rearwardly facing convex surface and forwardly facing concave surface.
