Abstract: The systems and methods provide the ability to physically access just the AP SSID device and remotely join the Client device to the AP SSID without knowing the SSID or password. This allows for the installer (the owner, a technical installer, service personnel, or novice) to install one or more devices to the desired SSID using the industry standard protocol for WPS. This is especially useful for unattended devices like extenders, bridges, routers, gateways, etc.
