The positioning and stabilising structure further comprises an adjustment means which is attached or attachable to the first portion of the gas delivery tube and is attached or attachable to the second portion of the gas delivery tube. The connection between the adjustment means and the gas delivery tube can be varied to thereby adjust the length of the variable length portion and/or the length of the adjustment means is selectively adjustable to thereby adjust the length of the variable length portion.
