An aperture through the second material is capable of supporting a projecting member such that the base of the member lies below the overlying layer and a protuberance extends upwardly. The projecting member is fastened to the garment to remain in such position. The garment is worn by a user and the protuberance is inserted into the vagina of a female subject for exercise.
