    Abstract: The invention provides a soft case with a three-dimensional plush toy figure for a mobile telephone. A soft case with a three-dimensional toy figure such as an animal, character, mascot or play object is fitted onto a flip-style mobile telephone. The phone slides into a clear plastic holder on the case so that the keypad is visible through the holder. The case also includes a thin, stretchy fabric attached to the top surface of the toy figure that is pulled over the phone cover and earpiece to allow the phone to pivot from a closed position to an open position and prevent the phone from falling out of the case. The toy figure is stuffed and the plush material protects phone from damage if phone is accidentally dropped. The case further includes a zippered compartment to hold small objects such as coins or keys. The case also includes a cord loop for attachment of a keychain and clip.

The invention provides a tower, based on the use of polystyrene foam, cut into various shapes to create a series of descending depressions and ledges to simulate a waterfall. The foam mold is covered with fiberglass to form a rigid, solid single panel. A steel frame is then attached to the one-piece fiberglass shell, allowing the structure to stand self-supported. The invention also provides a waterfall system including a dispensing tank at the top to allow water to overflow outward and cascade down the climbing surface and a reservoir tank to collect the water. The invention further provides a pump for re-circulating the water and a conduit to direct water from the reservoir upwardly to the dispensing tank.

    Abstract: A sprayable metallic-tone lacquer composition comprising a tinted polymer-solvent system containing approximately 5% to about 15% by weight of a transparent film-forming resin consisting of a mixture of an acrylic copolymer and nitrocellulose, and about 1-5% by weight of a metal-simulating dye dissolved in about 80-90% by weight of an organic solvent blend. The solvent blend preferably comprises about 25-35% by weight of acetone; 5-15% by weight each of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, toluene, and methyl isobutyl ketone; and 5-10% by weight each of butyl benzyl phthalate, isobutyl acetate and isopropyl alcohol. The lacquer composition are particularly adapted for aerosol application and are prepared by dissolving appropriate amounts of the clear resin mixture in the solvent blend and adding the soluble dye, then pressurizing the resulting tinted resinous solution with a mutually compatible aerosol propellant in a suitable aerosol dispensing container.
