    Abstract: An integrated cooking range head assembly device having a flow-control noise reduction function and a self-cleaning function and an integrated cooking range are provided. The integrated cooking range head assembly device includes an integrated cooking range head assembly housing, which includes a front baffle, side panels, a rear baffle, and a top panel disposed above the rear baffle, and the front baffle, the side panels, and the rear baffle together form a head air intake duct; an oil filter screen is disposed between the front baffle and the rear baffle, a temperature sensor is disposed on a top of the rear baffle, and a flow-guiding baffle plate assembly is disposed on an inner side of the front baffle to optimize and guide an oil fume flow channel and to achieve the self-cleaning function. Different structures and positions of the flow-guiding baffle plates are optimized using a flow-optimization theory.
