Abstract: The present invention discloses a mirror that is adapted with at least two portions, that allow the associated user to see what he or she may look like if weight is gained and, conversely, if weight is lost. The apparatus may include a third, substantially planar mirror portion to reflect an undistorted image of the user. The three mirror portions may be distinct mirrors, which may be pivotably attached to each other. The apparatus may further include one or more means for stimulating and reinforcing the images in the mirror, which may include auditory, visual, and olfactory stimulating means. Methods of using the apparatus are also presented.
