The UE further maintains an updated enhanced slice aware SoR information list having an updated network slice support information along with granularity information per tracking area identity of each PLMN in a database of the UE. In another embodiment, when the MS is not registered for the disaster roaming service, the method includes selecting a higher priority PLMN in a priority order when the higher priority PLMN is available in network, and registering the MS on the selected higher priority PLMN to receive the service in network.
