Abstract: The disclosure provides an approach for cross-cluster service resource discovery. A method includes obtaining, at a common store in a first node cluster in a cluster set information about a service resource of a second node cluster. The method includes creating a multi-cluster object associated with the service resource, wherein the multi-cluster object provides an association between the service resource and one or more endpoints on the second node cluster. The method includes storing the multi-cluster object in the common store, wherein the multi-cluster object is accessible in the common store by any of the plurality of node clusters in the cluster set to access the service resource on any of the one or more endpoints on the second node cluster.

Abstract: This is an approach for complex circuit design optimization. Custom circuit optimization for complex circuit can require simulations across numerous conditions and quickly becomes intractable. The approach herein may provide a way to generate netlists based on input parameters and organize circuit simulations of the generated netlists to generate an objective function, which an optimization engine can ultimately utilize. Further the approach herein of the complex circuit optimization may include steps to receive a circuit optimization specification input. Generate a plurality of netlists, based on the circuit optimization specification inputs. Organize the plurality of netlists and a plurality of queues for simulation. Simulate the plurality of netlists in each queue by a remote compute node. Combine simulation results into one or more objective function for use by an optimization engine.

Abstract: A plurality of benchmarking circuits that mimic different types of circuits in a product chip are tested to produce measurements of targets of a semiconductor device in the benchmarking circuits, and measurements of targets of the benchmarking circuits. Computer simulations of the plurality of benchmarking circuits are performed with local layout effect (LLE) evaluation to predict values of the targets of the semiconductor device and the targets of the benchmarking circuit. The measurements and predicted values of the targets are used to perform recalibration of a compact model of the semiconductor device.

Abstract: One or more processors of a computing device may receive image data obtained via an image sensor of a camera. The one or more processors may apply one or more horizontal filters to the image data to generate horizontally filtered image data and may apply one or more vertical filters to the image data to generate vertically filtered image data. The one or more processors may generate a first accumulation matrix for the horizontally filtered image data and may generate a second accumulation matrix for the vertically filtered image data. The one or more processors may determine autofocus statistics based on the first accumulation matrix and the second accumulation matrix and may output information to adjust one or more lenses of the camera based on the autofocus statistics.

Abstract: Described herein are systems, methods, and software to manage multicast communications for containers in a computing network. In one example, a first node is configured to monitor for registration packets from pods on the first node to join a multicast group. The first node further identifies a registration packet from a first pod of the pods, wherein the registration packet indicates a multicast IP address, and configures one or more forwarding rules in a virtual switch to direct packets with the multicast IP address as a destination IP address to a virtual interface for the first pod. Once configured, the first node is further configured to receive a packet with the multicast IP address as the destination and direct the packet based on the one or more or more forwarding rules.

Abstract: A surface water quality monitoring method based on a high spatial resolution satellite includes: step 1. building standard surface water quality pools by mixing natural water bodies with clean water in different proportions to obtain surface water quality data; step 2. obtaining high spatial resolution remote sensing images for processing; step 3. identifying remote sensing bands with higher correlation through correlation analysis by presetting ratio values of remote sensor data bands and the standard surface water quality pools; step 4. building a water quality parameter retrieval model, and comparing and retrieving the remote sensing bands with higher correlation and the surface water quality data to obtain water quality data; and step 5. identifying abnormal points of the water quality based on the water quality data and water quality data threshold of the surface water.

Abstract: Techniques associated with exchanging data between clusters are disclosed. A data packet can be received from a first pod in a first cluster of a cluster set that targets a second pod or service in a second cluster of the cluster set. A label identity is determined for the first pod from a table of pods and label identities. The label identity for the first pod is added in a virtual network identifier field of a data packet header. The data packet is communicated from a first virtual switch to the second cluster through a tunnel interface and gateway node. Upon receipt of the data packet, the label identity is extracted from the data packet header, and an ingress rule associated with the label identity can be determined. Access to the second pod is controlled based on the rule.

Additionally, embodiments measure, by a competency measurement component, competency of cloud services based on one or more predefined cloud benchmarks, a consensus network, and the one or more smart contracts, and generate an orchestration plan that is a best fit for the workload. Furthermore, embodiments validate and update, by the consensus network and the one or more smart contracts, the generated orchestration plan, and executing the generated orchestration plan.

Abstract: Managing security access in real-time to a computer system using control lists includes detecting a security event at a computer system. The security event is analyzed including an analysis of a historical corpus having historical data of security events. An access control list is generated based on the security event. A determination is made when the security event includes abnormal behavior based on the analysis of the security event and the historical corpus. The security event is published to a monitoring system for controlling access to the computer system, in response to the security event.
