    Abstract: A bathroom lock device includes an inner locking mechanism and a lock set. The inner locking mechanism includes a manual control rod, an unlocking rotary plate and an inner actuating rotary plate. The manual control rod has a rotatable wheel while the unlocking rotary plate has a pair of actuating protrusions. In a locking operation, the manual control rod is pressed to a locking position so as to limit a rotational movement of the inner actuating rotary plate. In an unlocking operation, the manual control rod is returned to an unlocking position by turning a lever so as to permit turning the inner actuating rotary plate. When the lever turns the unlocking rotary plate, the actuating protrusions of the unlocking rotary plate smoothly push the rotatable wheel of the manual control rod so as to return the manual control rod to the unlocking position.

    Abstract: A door lock mechanism includes a rose escutcheon having a mounting plate and two positioning plates provided on a side thereof, a door handle rotatably extending through the rose escutcheon and the mounting plate, a spindle including a first end securely attached to the handle, and a return disc mounted to a second end of the spindle. The return disc includes an annular wall and a notch. A return spring is received in the annular wall and extends through the notch of the return disc, with two ends of the return spring being respectively attached to the positioning plates of the mounting plate of the rose escutcheon for returning the handle. Since the return spring is directly received in the annular wall of the return disc, a compact design is provided. In unlocking operation, an inner lever is operated to successively actuate the unlocking cam and the inner actuating wheel for rotation. Thus, the preceding rotation of the unlocking cam can push the actuating press rod to rest in unlock stage, and the following rotation of the inner actuating wheel can drive the latch unit for retraction.

An end of a pull rod is mounted in the deadbolt and has two guide grooves each having a longitudinal section and two retaining sections transverse to the longitudinal section and communicated with the longitudinal section. When the connecting member is in the retaining sections, the deadbolt is not movable along the longitudinal direction of the housing. When the connecting member is in the longitudinal section, the deadbolt is movable along the longitudinal direction of the housing relative to the pull rod.

An outer protective cover is mounted to the outer side of the door plate and includes a pair of notches defined therein. The control mechanism includes a tubular shaft, a latch plate including a pair of protrusions formed on a mediate portion thereof, and a stop plate including two teeth. The tubular shaft includes a first end securely attached to the inner handle to rotate therewith and a second end. Two blocks are formed on the second end of the tubular shaft and have an operative recess defined therebetween. The teeth of the stop plate are received in the notches of the outer protective cover when the tubular lock assembly is in a locked position, and rotation of the inner handle in either direction causes the protrusions to be received in the operative recess of the tubular shaft such that the teeth of the stop plate disengage from the notches of the outer protective cover for unlatching.
