Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and an apparatus for associating reports, and relates to the field of radio communications, which are used to solve the problem in the prior art that an analysis and location result is not precise enough because information of an RLF report and an MDT measurement report of a UE cannot be fully applied in analysis and location of a radio link problem on a network. The method for associating reports includes: sending, by a base station, to a UE that executes an MDT job an identifier allocated to the UE; receiving, by the base station, an RLF report of the UE, where the RLF report includes the identifier; and associating, by the base station, the RLF report of the UE with an MDT measurement report that includes the identifier.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and device for subscribing to an RLF report. An integration reference point manager configures a subscription condition for an RLF report for an integration reference point agent. The integration reference point manager obtains an RLF report that is sent by the integration reference point agent and satisfies the subscription condition. The embodiments of the present invention can avoid the case in the prior art that a base station sends an RLF report obtained from a UE, to an IRPManager through an IRPAgent in a best-effort mode, thereby decreasing the load of information transferred between the IRPManager and the IRPAgent.

In the technical solutions, by obtaining a mapping relationship between a TCE address and a TCE identifier, and according to a TCE identifier included in the MDT report reported by the UE, a corresponding TCE address is obtained and the MDT report is sent to a TCE corresponding to the TCE address. And it is unnecessary to send an actual TCE network address to the user equipment, which improves security and solves the insecurity problem of the MDT measurement. The method includes: receiving, by a network element, a data management control message from a network manager through a data management node set in an SNMP Management Information Base (MIB); and implementing, by the network element, an operation according to the data management control message. By the scheme, the network manager can implement operations such as software managing, issuing a batch of configuration data, activating new configurations, backup of important data, etc. on the network element.

Abstract: A method for the network management server to get the log information from the network element device comprises: firstly, the network element device allocates a section of the memory resource as the log buffer, and stores the log information generated by the network element device in the log buffer; then, the network element device detects dynamically the residual capacity of the log buffer, and when the residual capacity of the log buffer is less than the special threshold, it notifies the network management server to fetch the log information. The present invention can avoid the loss of the log information of network element device to ensure the categoricalness of the log information.

Abstract: A method for interface negotiation in a Network Management System (NMS) is disclosed. The method includes: sending by a sending party in an NMS Integration Reference Point (IRP) version information supported by the sending party to a receiving party in the NMS; and acquiring by the receiving party matching IRP version information between the sending party and the receiving party based on IRP version information supported by the receiving party and the IRP version information supported by the sending party. Another method for interface negotiation and apparatuses for interface negotiation in an NMS are disclosed as well. The matching IRP version information can match functional interface IRP, data definition IRP and NRM IRP of a managing unit with those of a managed unit, thus guaranteeing correct interaction between the managing unit and the managed unit, and greatly reducing the influence on the whole NMS after the network is partly updated.

Abstract: An automatic scanning device (14) for automatically scanning bar codes attached on products conveyed on production lines includes a sensor (20), two bar code readers (22), an alert lamp (24), a buzzer (26), a halt switch (28), and a hand-held scanner (32). The sensor is used for detecting whether there are products passing through the automatic scanning device. The bar code readers are used for automatically scanning bar codes attached on products when the sensor detects products. The alert lamp and the buzzer are used for timely notifying an operator, the halt switch is used for halting an associated production line or part thereof, and the hand-held scanner is used for scanning the bar codes by hand, when the bar code readers fail to scan the bar codes. A related method is also provided.
