The garment is comprised of a deformable and non-elastic material such that said garment does not constrict when said garment is worn. In this way the garment is inhibited from forming bulges on a user's torso that may be visible through the clothing. The garment includes a pair of straps and each of the straps is releasably attached to a respective pair of brassiere straps to retain the garment on the user.
